DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Any order cancellation will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee of the total purchase amount.
Special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
CMV FURNITURE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- There is no warranty on furniture.
- You have 2 days after receiving the product to check if it has damage or factory defects. If the product is damaged, you most notify us within the first 2 days after receiving the product, and it will be repaired or exchanged.
- If the 2 days has passed, CMV FURNITURE will not fix or exchange the item.
- Mattresses; For hygiene reasons there will be no returns or exchanges.
- No refunds on any purchases or layaways
- Layaway: 3-months layaway plan. After the due date, no refunds will be issued.

Cualquier cancelación de pedido estará sujeta a un cargo por cancelación del 35% del monto total de la compra.

- Usted tiene 2 días después de recibir el producto para revisarlo y verificar si tiene daños o defectos de fábrica. Si el producto está dañado, debe notificarnos dentro de los primeros 2 días después de recibirlo, y el artículo será reparado o cambiado.
- Si los 2 días han pasado, CMV Furniture no reparará ni cambiará el artículo.
- Colchones: Por razones de higiene, no se aceptan devoluciones sin cambios.
- No hay reembolsos en ninguna compra ni en artículos apartados(layaway)
- Apartado (layaway): Plan de apartado de 3 meses. Después de la fecha de vencimiento, no se harán reembolsos.
- No devolución de dinero en compras y apartados.
